If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. Non-Criminal Record Certificate

Issued by local authorities within six months of the application date.

*2. Passport

A scanned copy of the passport information page (valid for at least 12 months).

*3. Passport photo

A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant

*4. Notarized highest degree certificate

Highest degree certificate notarized. If the applicant is currently enrolled, provide a certificate of expected graduation.
Certificate in languages other than Chinese or English should be translated into Chinese or English and be certified by notarization. Both original and official English translated version are required.

*5. Academic transcript

Official transcripts for undergraduate, master's (if applicable), stamped by the university. If not in Chinese or English, provide notarized translations.

Two letters signed by professors or associate professors detailing the applicant’s academic performance, research ability, and potential.

*8. Foreigner Physical Examination Form

A photocopy (the original should be kept by the applicant). This form is issued by the Chinese quarantine authorities and must be completed in English. Applicants must strictly follow the requirements listed on the form. Forms with missing items, no applicant photo, photos without a cross-page stamp, or without the signature and official seal of the attending physician and hospital will be deemed invalid. The examination results are valid for 6 months.

Publications, patents, awards, or other certificates to strengthen the application.

At least 1,000 words in Chinese or English.

Documents demonstrating financial support, such as income certificates, bank statements, or sponsor letters.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
